CNC Programmer - 50k

Job Summary

Our client based in West Bromwich would like to recruit an experienced CNC Programmer Setter Operator. The successful candidate must be able to Programme Set and Operate the following:

* Robo Drills - Fanuc Control

* Mazak Machine Centre - Mazatrol

* SW 5 Axis Miller - Siemens

Responsibilities:

- Communicate effectively with staff, customers, and suppliers
- Manage a team of people, providing guidance, training and support
- Implement strategies to achieve better efficiency and increase production
- Maintain inventory levels and oversee stock ordering
- Ensure the shop is clean, organised, and visually appealing
- Utilise phone etiquette when dealing with customer inquiries
- Control tooling for the best performance and efficiency

Requirements:

- Proven experience of Supervising a machine shop
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage a diverse team effectively
- Control tooling layouts
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Implementing new technical procedures

This role is Permanent and our client are looking to have someone in post asap
