We're seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead and oversee multiple engineering projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and project management, with excellent organisational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope

* Develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress

* Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders

* Identify and mitigate risks throughout project execution

* Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

* Carry out and record toolbox talks and safety alerts and complete site inspection, and site diaries.

* Conduct accident investigations to both company and client time scales and report all incidents to Managing Director

* Ensure a proactive approach to HSE requirements, ensuring staff have the correct PPE, it is used as required and is in good order.

* Be responsible for ensuring that Company QEHS guidelines are adhered to at all times and that near misses and all incidents are reported in accordance with the guidelines.

* Asist with the company achieving all QEHS objectives.

* Ensure high QEHS standards are implemented and met at all times.

* Report project status and financial performance to senior management

Requirements:

* Previous experience in Water industry

* HND in Engineering (BEng or BSc preferred)

* PRINCE2 Practitioner certification

* Experience in on-site engineering projects

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

* Excellent leadership and team management abilities
