Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

We are working closely with our top FM service providers, and they are on a lookout for a new permanent staff member to join one of their main contracts in London!

Overall Tasks

Completing scheduled planned and preventive maintenance

Responding to reactive tasks on site

Maintaining and servicing mechanical plant rooms

Monitoring the BMS

Logging completed jobs on the company log books

Following health and safety protocols on site

Liaising with building managers and subcontractors

Participating in annual building shutdowns

Hours of Work

Multiple working patterns available

Package Overview

£43,000 to £48,000

Requirements

Knowledge of building service maintenance

Experience working on; Cooling towers, Chillers, AHU's, Fan coil units, Boilers and Water treatment

City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 or 3 mechanical bias
