Job Overview - Behaviour Mentor - Harrow - Secondary School
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Mentor to join our secondary school in Harrow. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students by providing support in managing their behaviour and promoting positive development within a school environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting young people and have experience in working with students facing behavioural challenges.

Key Responsibilities - Behaviour Mentor - Harrow - Secondary School

Provide 1:1 and group support to students with challenging behaviour.
Work closely with teachers and pastoral teams to develop and implement behaviour intervention strategies.
Monitor and track student behaviour, providing feedback to relevant staff and parents.
Assist in promoting positive behaviour through restorative practices and conflict resolution techniques.
Lead small group sessions on social skills, anger management, and emotional regulation.
Support students in their social and emotional development, building confidence and self-esteem.
Contribute to the overall welfare and well-being of students across the school.

Experience working with young people, ideally in a school or similar setting.
Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques.
