Part-Time Customer Service Administrator

Lloyd Recruitment Services is pleased to be working with a company in East Grinstead who is currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis.

Location: Central East Grinstead
Salary: £23k pro rata
Hours: Monday to Friday, school hours

Key responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator:

Take responsibility for customer issues and follow them through to resolution
Handle incoming calls and assist with customer queries
Provide product information and support to customers
Manage and respond to emails
Assist customers visiting the office
Collaborate with different departments to resolve issues
Complete necessary paperwork and use company software
Manage deliveries and post duties

Additional duties:

Assist with site visits and manage after-sales issues
Support the external sales team
Keep customers informed about their orders and any issues
Promote the company's brands positively
Maintain accurate records in the company system

Skills and attributes:

Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
Enthusiastic, positive, and proactive attitude
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Team player with good computer skills
Well-organised, motivated, and punctual

Salary £23k pro rata depending on experience
