My client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Architect with a passion for sustainable design to join their welcoming, RIBA-chartered practice in Cambridge. This well-established firm works on a diverse range of exciting projects across the Residential, Education, Sport & Leisure, and Care accommodation sectors.

To thrive in this role the successful Senior Architect have experience leading projects and a strong background in the UK construction industry. You will be committed to delivering exceptional client service and creating sustainable, innovative designs. Proficiency in Revit is essential.

Skills,Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architect:

• ARB/RIBA accredited
• Significant post Part 3 experience is required
• Experience leading a team through projects
• UK-based experience in the construction sector
• Manage fee proposals and administer construction contracts
• Excellent communication skills
• Passion for sustainable design
• Proficient in Revit
