Contracts Manager

Location: Watford

Salary: Up to £60,000

Are you an experienced professional looking to take on a challenging role in the HVAC sector? We are seeking a Contracts Manager to join our dynamic team based in our Watford office. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at building client relationships, managing operations, and driving results, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

* Client Relationships:

* Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

* Ensure client needs are consistently met or exceeded.

* Operational Management:

* Review engineer reports/service worksheets and ensure actions are taken.

* Handle escalated queries and complaints effectively.

* Oversee technical queries from engineers and clients.

* Manage P&L reviews and sign-offs.

* Resource and Asset Management:

* Manage fleet, refrigerant inventory, and tool calibrations.

* Handle the ordering of parts, especially items over £1,000.

* Team Support and Coordination:

* Provide guidance on engineers' queries and manage diaries.

* Prepare RAMS and ensure compliance with safety standards.

* Support on-call rotas and schedule client meetings.

What We're Looking For:

* Strong background in HVAC, air conditioning, ventilation, heating, and controls.

* Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle escalations.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and engineers.

* Familiarity with operational tools like RAMS and P&L reviews.

* Previous experience with accreditations, warehouse management, and resource allocation.
