Were working with a small, well-established firm of Chartered Accountants based in Manchester City Centre, who are on the lookout for a Temporary Secretary to support their team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and professional environment where your administrative skills will make a real difference. The Temporary Secretary role is to cover staff absence, with the possibility of becoming longer term.

What will you be doing as a Temporary Secretary?

Providing day-to-day admin support to the team
Light audio typing (just short entries, not lengthy reports)
Preparing and issuing fee invoices
Submitting tax returns
Filing and organising documents within the internal system
Getting up to speed with internal systems and processes, then working flexibly around your schedule
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

Previous experience as a Secretary
Comfortable with typical office software and systems
Organised, detail-focused, and self-sufficient
Experience within an accountancy or professional services environment would be a real bonus, but its not essential

Flexible part-time hours around 15 hours per week, with freedom to set your own schedule between 9:30am 5:30pm, Monday - Friday (once trained)
