About the Role:We are seeking a dedicated Quality Systems Engineer to oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our plant's Business Management System. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in driving strategic improvements and ensuring compliance with industry standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop quality and environmental management system documentation, ensuring all amendments and revisions are controlled.
  • Lead the coordination of internal and external audits, including re-certifications and customer audits.
  • Support the development and rollout of new business systems through training, awareness initiatives, and assessments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive system and quality improvements across the business.
  • Enhance systems and quality/environmental awareness across all levels of the organization.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A strong background in maintaining and developing Quality Business Systems within a dynamic automotive manufacturing setting.
  • Familiarity with ISO9001, ISO14001, and preferably IATF16949 standards.
  • Proficiency in PFMEA, Control Plans, and Standardized Work Documents.
  • An HNC (or higher) qualification in a quality-related discipline.
  • Certification as an ISO9001 and ISO14001 Lead Auditor.
