Salary: £90,000 - £100,000 per annum

This is a role which offers a high degree of visibility and will focus on supporting the delivery of the Global Reward strategy, leading on a variety of Reward projects (as well as BAU activity such as global annual review cycles and pay gap reporting). You will be responsible for driving the successful completion of Reward projects, delivering individually and through the team and working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

As part of an evolving Reward & Benefits team you can expect to get involved in a variety of work including:

  • Supporting the delivery of the Global Reward strategy
  • Leading on a variety of Reward projects
  • Drive the successful completion of Reward projects, delivering individually and through the team and working closely with internal and external stakeholders
  • Undertake data analysis where required and present complex data to stakeholders at all levels within the firm
  • Drive a process of continual improvement
  • Play a critical role in key people projects and project management to align Reward with business requirements

The role also offers the opportunity to mentor, manage and develop two Reward Analysts.

To be considered for this role you must meet the following skills and experience:

  • Experience of all aspects of compensation management, including job levelling, bonus frameworks and complex annual review processes
  • Managing multiple Reward projects in a large professional services or corporate environment
  • Excellent Excel and data skills
  • Able to present complex reward data and a demonstrable ability to build relationships at all levels
  • A systematic approach to work, management and driving positive change
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Previous team management experience is an advantage as is previous experience working in the legal sector or in a professional services environment
