Positions Available: Maths Teacher | English Teacher | Personal Development Lead
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent | Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday - Term Time only

We're looking for passionate, dedicated educators to join the founding team of a brand-new specialist school for pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder, opening in September 2025. About the School

A brand-new specialist school for children aged 7-16, with a primary diagnosis of ASD.

Most pupils will be working towards leaving the school with some GCSE qualifications

A beautiful rural setting, surrounded by nature-with plenty of parking and fantastic facilities

Full induction starting late August to prepare for a successful September launch.

Maths Teacher
English TeacherWe're seeking qualified teachers who are confident delivering their subject up to GCSE level. SEN experience is desirable, but not essential-what matters most is compassion, creativity, and a student-centred approach. You'll play a key role in building routines, curriculum, and culture alongside an experienced, supportive team.

Personal Development Lead (PSHE / Life Skills)This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in PSHE, life skills, or personal development. QTS is not required-ideal for someone with a background in youth work, wellbeing, or SEND support. You'll be helping young people build independence, resilience, and real-world skills.
