A Day in the Life of an RMN

Your day begins with a handover from the outgoing team, ensuring you're fully updated on the needs of your patients. Mornings are often spent conducting assessments, administering medication, and offering therapeutic interventions. You'll work closely with patients to develop care plans that promote recovery and empowerment.

Afternoons might involve engaging in one-to-one or group therapy sessions, liaising with family members or other professionals, and managing any emerging risks or safeguarding concerns. Throughout your shift, you'll document care provided and actively participate in team discussions and reflections to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.

No two days are the same, but every day offers the chance to make a real difference in the lives of others.
