Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional care for children in a safe and nurturing environment
• Support child development through age-appropriate activities and play
• Collaborate with the team to plan and deliver fun and educational experiences
• Ensure children's safety and well-being at all times
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Assist with daily routines, including mealtimes, outdoor play, and rest periods
• Track children's progress and document key developmental milestones

What You'll Need:

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
• Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting (preferred)
• A genuine passion for supporting children's growth and learning
• Strong communication skills with a positive, proactive approach
• The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
