The Mechanical Design Engineer will be tasked with creating mechanical designs for new projects and customising existing designs to the customers specifications on special-purpose machinery and equipment.

What we would like from the Mechanical Design Engineer:

HND/Degree or equivalent experience in relevant discipline

Knowledge and experience in designing automated process equipment, machinery, conveyors, materials handling, and moving parts

Experience with 3D design software (SolidWorks, Inventor, NX, Catia, etc)

Desire to be involved in the full product life cycle

Ideally 1 to 2 years of industry experience

What we offer the Mechanical Design Engineer:

Salary from £30,000 to £38,000 doe

Competitive benefits package

35-hour week

Overtime available after 3-month probation
