Job DescriptionClinical Lead Nurse (Supernumerary) 30 hours per week, Monday-Friday£22 per hour We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Clinical Lead to provide exceptional residential and nursing care to the elderly. As a Clinical Lead, you will support the registered manager in all aspects of the home's day-to-day running, ensuring the quality of care and well-being of our client's residents residents.
Qualifications - Registered Nurse qualification and valid UK NMC Pin
- Proven experience in residential and nursing care for the elderly
- Leadership or management experience, ideally in a clinical setting
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in elderly care

Responsibilities - Support the registered manager in the day-to-day running of the home, including assuming temporary or complete charge in their absence
- Assist in maintaining systems and procedures to ensure the quality of care in the home
- Manage and monitor the planning and delivery of care, including medication management
- Supervise and appraise care and nursing teams, providing support and guidance as needed
