Big Sky Living Ltd is the employment company providing resources into the Big Sky Group of Companies. As a Group we provide a wide range of property solutions from new build developments to condition surveys. We hold our own investment property portfolio and we manage both commercial and residential assets on behalf of South Norfolk and Broadland District Council.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial, business focused approach to join our team at this exciting time of growth and development.
This is an interesting and wide-ranging role, working directly with the Residential Manager to provide a reliable and organised service to our customers and clients within the property sector. The role will involve assisting in the many functions required in residential property management such as tenant liaison, property inspections, negotiating and liaising with external suppliers in relation to service contracts, repairs and maintenance. You will also be involved in the sales process and help deliver the Big Sky ethos to our new customers and homeowners.
Excellent communication, record keeping and presentation skills, alongside the ability to negotiate with customers and contractors are key requirements for this role. Candidates should have a good level of education; however, this role will attract further support towards suitable qualifications which will be discussed and agreed with the successful candidate.
