Our client is an award-winning manufacturer of UPVC windows, doors, and conservatories operating from a site in West Yorkshire. The privately owned business requires an Installation Manager on a full-time permanent basis due to the expansion of the operation.
Hours-45 hours per week ( Monday to Friday Office hours with some flexibility)
Location-Bradford
Salary- £Neg depending on experience, company car, Pensions, etc

What the role will involve: -Installation Manager - ( Windows & Doors) Bradford, West Yorkshire
· Being the first point of contact for customers; spending your time visiting installation projects to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
· Attracting, selecting, and performance managing the Installation teams.
· Identifying team development needs and introducing appropriate interventions, networking with other managers within the business to do so.
· Continually ensuring health and safety policies are adhered to.
· Processing payments and maintaining accurate records.
· Becoming an advocate for the Coral brand, leading from the front in terms of best practices and customer service.
The Ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role or managing in a sub-contract environment.
- Must have experience as an installation manager for a minimum of 3 years managing sub-contract installation teams
- Ability to demonstrate a commitment to ‘Right First Time’ and continuous improvement.
- An understanding of the installation process for replacement Windows and doors.
- Ability to build rapport and manage the customer experience.
- Experience working within a regulated environment.
- Confident to make decisions based on a sound knowledge of Health and Safety procedures.
