We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our diverse team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical design and be able to manage projects across various sectors including Commercial, Leisure, Health, Education, Industrial and some Residential. • Manage and lead mechanical design projects from concept to completion
• Develop and present proposals and reports to clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Utilize advanced CAD software to create detailed designs and drawings
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to optimize design processes

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical design engineering
• Proficiency in advanced CAD software
• Intermediate knowledge of Revit
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Prior experience working in the specified sectors is an advantage

• Collaborating with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
• Creating and presenting detailed design proposals to clients
• Reviewing and revising mechanical designs based on feedback and technical analysis
• Mentoring and providing guidance to junior engineers
• Researching and implementing industry best practices to enhance design processes and project outcomes
• Attending and participating in project meetings and design reviews to ensure alignment with client requirements and company standards
