Requirement for a site manager to run a project in Somerset. The project is a 70 unit new build housing project and requires an individual to take on the project. The site manager will be a number 1 on the project therefore experience running this type project is essential.

The build is traditional house build and all handover are due July time of this year. The developer do have numerous projects within the South West so there will be genuine opportunity of further works The individual must have SMSTS, CSCS + First aid
