What We're Looking For:

✅ Senior QS Experience - Strong background in commercial, residential, or education projects
✅ JCT & NEC Contract Knowledge - Ability to manage costs under these frameworks
✅ Cost Control & Financial Management - Oversee project budgets, variations, and forecasting
✅ Negotiation & Commercial Acumen - Work effectively with subcontractors and suppliers
✅ Team Leadership - Mentor and support junior QSs for overall project success
