Manchester Staff is excited to partner with a company expanding its Business Development team. This role focuses on selling online hospitality marketing solutions to businesses, particularly restaurants and hotels. The opportunity offers an excellent commission structure, flexibility, and progression in a family-run business with over decades of experience. Package and Benefits:

* Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm (flexible working arrangements)

* Hybrid working - mostly on the road, with occasional office visits in Manchester

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in promoting the company's online publication and partnerships with restaurants, hotels, and events venues. Using your ability to build and maintain relationships, you will negotiate terms and closing deals. The role requires you to be in office once a week and then be out on the road the remainder of the week generating new business.

The Ideal Candidate:

Essential Skills:

* Minimum of 2 years in a sales role

* Proven ability to negotiate and close deals

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Full UK driving license and vehicle

* High levels of motivation and resilience

Desirable Skills:

* Background in hospitality sales (e.g., hotels, restaurants)

* Experience selling marketing services

* Familiarity with CRM systems

* A track record of exceeding sales targets
