Head Of Paraplanning - Your Role & Responsibilities
🔹 Lead and manage the paraplanning team, delegating workload effectively
🔹 Oversee research, investment solutions, and cashflow forecasting to produce high-quality suitability reports
🔹 Act as the key liaison between paraplanning, administration, and senior management teams
🔹 Participate in Investment Committee meetings and help manage the firm's central investment proposition
🔹 Deliver technical expertise to advisers and keep the team updated on industry changes and regulatory developments
🔹 Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and performance
🔹 Conduct whole-of-market research on platforms, SIPPs, and funds
Head Of Paraplanning - What We're Looking For
✅ At least 4 years of paraplanning experience, with leadership exposure in an IFA firm
✅ Chartered (or close to Chartered) qualification via CII preferred
✅ Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, and estate planning
✅ Experience using FE Analytics, Voyant, CashCalc, and Xplan
✅ A confident leader who thrives in a fast-moving, high-performance environment
✅ A proactive problem solver with excellent communication and organisational skills
