BI Support Lead - £60,000-£70,000 -London/Hybrid

Due to exciting growth we are looking to bring on a BI Support Leadto join a high performing Business Intelligence team during a period of exciting change. A the BI Support Lead you will be taking on a senior position and managing the (on and offshore) BI Support team who look after Chaucer’s analytics products and BAU.

As the BI Support Lead you will be responsible on a daily basis for:

• Oversee the BI Support and BAU activities of the team
• Define and defend the company’s data standards and principles.
• Ensure the flow of data within Chaucer is as efficient as possible.
• Ensure data is organised and structured to meet the needs of the business.
• Support BAU team members on prioritizing tasks, managing changes, and allocating resources.
• Identify improvements in the run processes and work with the Data and Analytics teams to streamline and improve the processes.

To be considered for this role the BI Support Lead should have most of the following experience:

• Proven experience driving digital agendas.
• Demonstratable experience of working with packaged cloud solutions (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and how to manage data limitations and dependencies between systems to provide a comprehensive data architecture.
• Knowledge of Cloud based big data frameworks such as data lake, relational, Graph and other no-SQL databases.
• Familiar with cloud and data management trends
• Experience in the use of data catalogues and data quality technologies
• Experience in managing enterprise data assets in a large, complex organization
• SQL, XML, JSON,
• Snowflake
• SSRS
• SSIS
