Senior Solutions Architect (MOD Background)

Up to £95,000 + Bonus, Healthcare, Life Insurance, Pension + more

Bristol or Cheltenham base (bi-weekly visits)

SR2 are supporting an Agile Software Consultancy who partner with the UK Gov & Defence customers to deliver mission critical projects and protect highly secured UK data.

We have a fantastic new opportunity with our client for a senior IT solutions architect to be working closely with a Defence customer.

If you are an experienced solutions architect with a solid Defence backgrund and consultancy experience we'd love to hear from you, my client are interested to see a range of skills of Software/Hardware/Infrastructure (Software would be their preference but they are flexible due to the variety of projects they have right now)

Experience required:

• Background in Defence (RAF would be highly beneficial)
• Cloud Architecture (AWS and/or Azure)
• Experience of modern technologies / ways of working
• Strong communication skills and the ability to converse with customers and devise solutions to complex problems quickly.
• Background in Software, Hardware or Infrastructure (a mix of skills would be interesting)
• Eligible for SC Security Clearance + British Citizen
