Working closely with the Business Support Team, Finance Team and the Operations teams across 10 depots in the North Region the main focus of the role is to provide general administration, finance and office management support. Tasks include but are not limited to the following: ordering and sourcing of office and grounds maintenance materials, filing, photocopying, archiving, purchase ledger, HR admin, payroll and invoicing. In addition, the successful candidate will also be tasked with monitoring and responding to phone calls and emails and will be required to deal with these in line with company processes and procedures. The successful candidate will be smart, enthusiastic, and possess strong communication and organisational skills.
