About the role:
We are seeking a passionate Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant (TA) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be crucial in supporting children's learning, particularly in boosters and interventions for those needing extra assistance. You'll work closely with teachers to deliver engaging lessons, provide one-on-one support, and assist small groups, particularly those with special educational needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working with children and is looking to make a real difference in their educational journey.
Application Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational role is preferred.
• A genuine passion for working with children and helping them succeed.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
• An understanding of Key Stage 2 curriculum and strategies for effective learning support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning and delivering targeted interventions and booster sessions.
• Support students with special educational needs to achieve their full potential.
• Work one-on-one or in small groups to provide additional learning support.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement.
