Job Title: Parts Advisor

Company: Main Dealer in Leicester

Total Hours: 42.5 hours per week (plus Saturday rota)

Working Hours: 07:30/08:30 to 17:00/18:00

Salary Range: £27,000 to £31,000 per annum + Bonuses & Overtime

Benefits: 25 days holiday - Manufacturer training

Role Overview:

As a Parts Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in their dealership, providing exceptional customer service while managing parts enquiries and orders. Your expertise will ensure the smooth operation of our parts department, contributing to the overall success of their dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist customers with parts enquiries, providing accurate and timely information.
* Process parts orders efficiently, ensuring correct pricing and stock availability.
* Maintain an organized parts inventory and assist with stock management.
* Liaise with internal departments to fulfill customer orders promptly.
* Handle customer complaints or issues regarding parts orders with professionalism and efficiency.
* Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and objectives.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of professionalism at all times.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is advantageous.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
* Proficiency in computer systems and familiarity with parts catalogues.
* Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
