Health & Safety Advisor Job Overview

Provide guidance and assistance to meet client and project requirements.
Offer direction and support to ensure compliance with health and safety (H&S) regulations.
Organise and implement H&S protocols for all stages of construction planning and preparation.
Complete and manage administrative documentation, ensuring communication through appropriate channels.
Contribute to and develop strategies for maintaining efficient information flow throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with principal contractors and stakeholders to ensure designs adhere to safety standards.
Advise clients on project feasibility in relation to CDM regulations.
Oversee multiple CDM portfolios for internal and external clients.
Work closely with the wider H&S team to deliver a unified approach to H&S management.

Health & Safety Advisor Job Requirements

Knowledge of legislation relevant to the construction industry, CDM and health and safety.
Qualification in health and safety (NEBOSH construction, TechIOSH etc.).
Membership with IMAPS.
Previous CDM experience.

Health & Safety Advisor Salary & Benefits

Salary: £45,000 to £50,000
Hours: 37.5 per week, Mon - Fri
Holiday: 25 days per annum, plus bank holidays and additional days accrued with service.
