Early Years SEN Teaching Assistant - Brixton - Immediate Start 
Are you passionate about supporting young children with special educational needs in their early years of education? Role Overview: 

Position: Early Years SEN Teaching Assistant 
Location: Brixton 
Start Date: Immediate 
Contract: Full-Time  
Salary: £105 - £115 per day (Dependent on experience)  
About You: 

Has experience working with children in an Early Years setting. 
Has supported children with special educational needs, including autism (ASD), speech and language difficulties, and developmental delays. 
Can provide one-to-one and small group support, helping children to engage in learning and social activities. 
Is confident in using alternative communication methods such as Makaton, PECS, or visual timetables. 
Can build positive relationships with children, supporting their emotional well-being and development. 
Works well as part of a team, collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff. 
Has a patient, adaptable, and proactive approach to working with children with diverse needs.  
Your Responsibilities: 

Support young children in developing essential communication, social, and early learning skills. 
Implement individual learning plans and sensory activities tailored to children's needs. 
Assist in behaviour management and emotional regulation strategies. 
Provide a safe, calm, and nurturing environment where children feel supported. 
Work closely with teachers and therapists to ensure children make progress in their development.
