Litigation Paralegal - London

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to work within an established commercial firm based in the centre of London. Established over 20 years ago this dynamic private practice is seeking a litigation paralegal to join their busy and thriving company commercial department.

This role would be well suited to a litigation paralegal with at least one year of experience in dispute resolution and commercial litigation. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and hands-on experience in general Dispute resolution and Commercial Litigation.

The role:

• Assisting with a diverse caseload comprised of Dispute Resolution and Commercial Litigation
• Assisting with dental matters, debt matters, property litigation, financial services, telecommunications, construction and insolvency.
• Draft letters, formal documents, pleadings, and witness statements
• Consider disclosure and prepare detailed disclosure reports/requests
• Have a working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules
• Prepare Instructions & Briefs to Counsel
• Prepare trial bundles
• Attend all court hearings including jury trials
• Prepare Notes of Trial
• Undertake Legal Research and draft topical articles for publication
