Building strong relationships with customers is at the heart of our success, and our team is dedicated to developing strategic sales plans to meet business objectives.

What You Will Be Doing
As a Business Development Manager specializing in Renewable Energy within the Asset Reliability sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and establishing long-term strategic client and channel (reseller/agent) relationships. Your primary focus will be on driving sales growth in the Renewables sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct strategic customer visits to onboard new clients and develop existing accounts.

Identify new opportunities by tracking projects and market trends.

*

Support the Business Development Head and team in designing, implementing, and executing the sales strategy.

*

Identify target customers, regions, and projects, prioritizing opportunities for maximum return.

*

Develop annual visit/meeting plans with key customers, setting clear objectives and actions.

*

Overcome obstacles to secure business and close orders effectively.

*

Gather and report market intelligence on competitors, industry changes, and offshore trends, identifying opportunities for collaboration in the Renewables sector.

*

Assist asset owners, managers, and construction companies in making informed decisions to reduce project risk throughout the asset lifecycle.

*

Quote at profitable levels and secure orders.

What You Will Need:

*

Knowledge of load monitoring equipment or experience in an engineering/technical company (preferred).

*

Experience in offshore wind, Renewables, or Oil & Gas sectors.

*

Proven ability to establish and grow customer relationships.

*

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

*

Valid driving license, passport, and willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
