My client in Central Birmingham is currently in need of a Senior Architect due to ongoing expansions.

Job Summary:

Are you a Senior Architect seeking a fresh opportunity with a forward-thinking and reputable design consultancy? My client is a leading firm with a strong portfolio of projects across the built environment - including commercial, residential, education, and public sector developments.

This is a great role for an experienced, ARB-registered Architect with a strong technical background and proven delivery capability. You'll be taking a lead role in project design, client coordination, contract administration, and mentoring junior members of the team - with a particular focus on excellence in BIM and Revit.

Experience Required:

* ARB registered & RIBA Part III qualified (or equivalent).

* Minimum 10 years' post-qualification experience within UK architectural practice.

* Strong knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD - BIM Level 2 experience essential.

* Excellent technical and detailing skills with a strong grasp of UK Building Regs.

* Able to lead projects from concept through to completion.

* Experience with various contract types - including traditional and design & build.

* Confident in managing client relationships and leading project meetings.

* Positive, proactive, and commercially aware with a team-oriented attitude.

* Able to mentor junior team members and support internal knowledge sharing.

* Previous experience in sectors such as education, commercial, or residential is desirable.

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (DOE)
