Financial Manager

The Finance Manager will lead a team of 3-4 Finance Assistants and play a crucial role in the development of the Financial Operations department by further developing process documentation, enhancing the accounts payable function, overseeing the bank reconciliations and helping to automate processes through Netsuite.

About the role:

• Responsible for leading a team of 3-4 Finance Assistants
• Overseeing the delivery and completion of bank reconciliations, supplier payments and employee expenses
• Ensuring efficiency and overseeing the Accounts Payable function to match with a high-volume, transactional environment
• Improve and automate processes in Netsuite
• Enhance process documentation and ensure controls are in place as well as taking ownership for solving problems to ensure deliveries for deadlines

About you:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA/Chartered Accountant
• Proven experience overseeing a high volume Accounts Payable function and ability to further improve operations
• Managed and guided a team
• Large experience using Netsuite - Essential
• Strong experience working a high volume transactional environment and overseeing bank reconciliations, supplier payments and employee expensees
• Confident, an assertive communicator who is a keen problem-solver
