The successful Accounts Assistant, will be an integral part of the finance team, helping to keep things running smoothly and responsibilities will include:

• Processing invoices, payments, and expenses
• Bank reconciliations and managing accounts payable/receivable
• Assisting with month-end and financial reporting
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting & VAT returns
• Liaising with internal teams and external clients to ensure financial accuracy

You will be :

• AAT Level 3/4 qualified or working towards it
• Experience in an accounts/finance role (practice or industry)
• Proficiency in Sage, Xero, or QuickBooks (or similar software)
• A keen eye for detail and accuracy
• A team player with a proactive attitude
