Your Role:

👶 Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with behavioural challenges
📚 Assist in delivering tailored learning activities
🤝 Work collaboratively with teachers, SEN staff, and parents
🧘 Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being

About You:

✔️ Experience working with children with behavioural needs (KS1 preferred)
✔️ Ability to manage challenging behaviour with patience and resilience
✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Understanding of safeguarding practices
✔️ A caring and supportive approach to learning
