Multi Trader Needed for Leading Main Contractor in Social Housing

Skilled Careers is currently seeking experienced Multi Traders for a prominent main contractor working with a respected housing association in the Clapham area. Multiple positions are available, and interviews will be held this week!

Role Overview:

As a Multi Trader, your responsibilities will include:

Performing routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties

Responding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers

Ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high-quality standard

Conducting inspections to identify areas requiring maintenance or repairs

Collaborating with the wider maintenance team and contractors as necessary

We are looking for confident and skilled Multi Traders with a solid background in maintenance.

Requirements:

Full UK Driving Licence

Relevant trade qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent)

Details of the Role:

Salary: Up to £43k per year, paid weekly via CIS

Location: Clapham and surrounding areas
