We are currently working with our client, a chilled food manufacturer based on the outskirts of Bristol. Part of a larger group you will be joining a business that is a leader in its field.

Due to a number of changes within the business and the need to embed new ways of working and new processes they are looking to recruit an additional Production Manager. Working 4 on 4 off on day shift you will be looking after the manufacturing operation, setting and driving KPI's, embedding new ways of working, working collaboratively with other functions to ensure that the service levels are met and exceeded.

In order to be considered for this role you must have worked within a food manufacturing environment at management level, ideally chilled. It would be preferable if you have been part of team that has delivered a change agenda at site but this is not essential.
