Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Claire at Amber Mace is recruiting for a recruitment consultant who specialises within the health and social care sector to assist with recruitment for domiciliary care to ensure the best outcomes for both our clients and candidates. My client is looking for a passionate and driven Recruitment Consultant to join the team and contribute to our ongoing success.

As a Recruitment Consultant specializing in health and social care recruitment, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in various roles within the health and social care industry. You will build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process and high levels of satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients within the health and social care sector.
• Understand client requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and advice to clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met efficiently.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles in health and social care, including nurses, social workers, support staff, and more.
• Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Match suitable candidates to client vacancies and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

Administration and Compliance:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client and candidate interactions.
• Ensure all candidates meet compliance requirements, including right-to-work checks, references, and relevant qualifications.
• Prepare and manage job advertisements, ensuring they are compelling and attract high-quality candidates.

Skills and Experience:
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably within the health and social care sector.
• Strong understanding of the health and social care industry, including relevant roles and qualifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
• Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a drive to achieve targets and exceed client expectations.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
