In-person attendance is required three days per week to promote the benefits of face-to-face collaboration alongside flexibility of hours to support work-life balance. The role
Are you highly experienced in project controls and looking to utilise your skills on the biggest programme in water and wastewater for a century? If so, you could be a great fit for Project Controller (Change Control).
As a Project Controller (Change Control) you will be responsible formaintaining the change control processes for scope, schedule and cost across various projects. You will work closely with project controls teams (risk, planning, cost), delivery teams and project sponsors to identify, assess & address performance changes. Your role will be crucial to ensuring the timely promotion of change control for informed decision making.
You will have the opportunity to engage with a wide variety of teams and stakeholders, using your excellent interpersonal skills to encourage the right behaviours for proactive change control management. You will play a vital role in helping us deliver a complex programme to achieve our regulatory, customer and environmental objectives.
Key accountabilities

Provide change management advice, develop and optimise reporting frameworks, systems and processes, and oversee the change management process through all tiers of the project.
Skills & experienceTo be successful with your application, you’ll need to show that you meet the following essential criteria:

Good experience in Project Controls, Programme Delivery or Change Management within construction, utilities, aerospace, defence, engineering or capital infrastructure asset management.
