Job Description:

As an Electrical Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all on-site activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You will lead a team of electricians, ensuring high standards of work quality and compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Responsibilities:

* Supervise and manage electrical site operations and personnel

* Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily work activities

* Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies

* Inspect and verify installations, ensuring quality and accuracy

* Troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site

* Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders

* Maintain detailed site records and reports

* Mentor and support team members, providing training and guidance as needed

* Ensure tools, materials, and equipment are available and in good condition

Requirements:

* Proven experience as an Electrical Site Supervisor or similar role

* In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, installation, and maintenance

* Strong leadership and management skills

* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Familiarity with health and safety regulations and practices

* Valid UK driving license

* Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent)

* ECS/CSCS card
