Must have an NMC registration as a registered midwife.Must have a strong record of:Engaging and influencing staffWorking with maternity services and voicesWorking with mothers and familiesExemplary risk managementMaintaining and operating CNST to continue to support the delivery of safer maternity careExperience of working in an acute hospital model at a senior level
