Job Requirements: - Part-qualified or fully qualified (ACA/ACCA or equivalent) with relevant experience
- Experience in managing a portfolio of clients in a similar role
- Strong technical knowledge in accounting, tax, and compliance
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a client-focused approach
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- High level of attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow
