Quantity Surveyor - Dry Lining

Salary: £30,000 to £50,000 plus package (dependant on experience)

Are you a Quantity Surveyor looking for a fresh challenge? Are you from a drylining or other subcontract background? TS Recruitment are actively working with a Drylining Contractor based in West Yorkshire who are looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to join their business.

Basic Salary: Circa £30,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Annual Leave: 31 days including bank holidays

Job Role & Responsibilities

Manage Labour Costs on Site: Oversee and control labour expenses.
Subcontractor Wages: Ensure timely and accurate wage payments.
Payment Applications: Prepare and submit payment applications.
Cost Value Reports: Compile and analyse cost value reports.
Complete Final Accounts: Finalise project accounts.
Budget Management: Ensure projects are completed within budget.
Collaboration: Work closely with the commercial team and directors.

Projects: Work on commercial projects such as schools and hospitals.
Knowledge/Experience

Experience: Previous experience working as a Quantity Surveyor.
Specialization: Drylining or subcontract experience.
Education: Preferably degree educated.
Skills: Good IT and numerical skills.
License: Full UK driving license.
