Are you a skilled multi-trade professional looking for a stable, long-term opportunity? We are seeking dedicated individuals for a sub-contract role in new build maintenance and repair. This is a long term sub-contract role.

Key Details:

* Pay Rate: £160 per day

* Contract Type: Long-term sub-contract

* Travel Requirement: Up to 50 miles or 1.5 hours travel time

* Vehicle: Use your own van initially; company van provided after 4 weeks

Requirements:

* Proven experience in multi-trade maintenance and repair

* Experience in either carpentry/joinery, tiling, plumbing, plastering, roofing, groundwork, dry lining, painting and decorating, floor laying, bathroom fitting or kitchen fitting.

* Own van/vehicle

* Willingness to travel up to 60 miles

* Strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
