Job Overview:We are seeking a proactive Operational Support Officer to provide essential administrative support within Children's Services. This is a temporary, office-based role with varied responsibilities.
Key Duties:- Provide admin support across departments, including note/minute taking.
- Process DBS applications and liaise with applicants.
- Handle reception cover and office tasks as needed.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and applicants.
Requirements:- Experience in admin/operational support, ideally in public or children's services.
- Strong organisational, communication, and IT skills (MS Office).
- Positive, adaptable, and reliable with excellent timekeeping.
