We're looking for a dynamic, highly skilled Level 3 Nursery Room Leader to become a key part of a forward-thinking team. What We're Looking For:
  • Level 3 in Early Years Childcare (or above) is essential.
  • Extensive experience as a Room Leader or in a similar senior role within an established nursery.
  • A thorough understanding of the EYFS framework, child development theories, and safeguarding protocols.
  • A proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team of childcare professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
  • A genuine passion for the early years, with a strong commitment to delivering the highest standards of care and education.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, able to manage time effectively, handle multiple responsibilities, and stay on top of administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring high-quality care and education. Lead, mentor, and support nursery staff, fostering professional growth and best practices.

Curriculum Planning: Design and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework, tailored to meet each child's individual needs.

Parent & Family Engagement: Build strong relationships with families, providing regular updates and support on their child's development.

Safety & Compliance: Ensure a safe, clean, and secure environment, adhering to safeguarding and health and safety standards.

Administrative Duties: Manage observations, assessments, and individual learning plans while maintaining accurate records.
