Location: Brixton, Lambeth
Position: HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) - EYFS
Hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Rate: £110 - £135 per day
Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term
Start Date: ASAP

A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Brixton is seeking a dedicated HLTA to support children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HLTA to make a real impact in a nurturing and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead small group sessions and whole-class activities in EYFS.
Support children's development through engaging, play-based learning.
Work closely with the class teacher to deliver planned lessons.
Provide targeted support to pupils with additional learning needs.
Assist with classroom preparation, assessment, and behaviour management.

What We're Looking For:

HLTA qualification or extensive experience as a Teaching Assistant.
Experience working with EYFS pupils in a school setting.
Strong knowledge of early childhood development and the EYFS curriculum.
A proactive, adaptable, and nurturing approach to learning support.
