We are looking for a skilled Component Finisher to join our client in Weymouth. This role is essential in ensuring the finishing and inspection of aerospace components meet high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with air and hand tools, a solid understanding of engineering drawings, and proficiency in using measuring equipment.

Responsibilities of a component Finisher:
Perform finishing and inspection tasks according to engineering drawings and specifications.
Operate hand and air tools to complete finishing tasks efficiently.
Use precision measuring tools to verify components meet required quality standards.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure deadlines are met.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organised workspace.Qualifications for a component finisher:
Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
Experienced in using air and hand tools in a manufacturing or aerospace setting.
Skilled in the use of measuring equipment with the ability to perform accurate measurements.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to producing high-quality work.
