We are working to establish a robust and high performing Central Portfolio office and a dedicated PMO delivery function that will be world-class. The PMO team will oversee the full project life cycle and work closely with the Strategy & Architecture teams to align to the strategic goals of Sanctuary Group. To ensure that Sanctuary Technology delivery teams are set up for success.

Portfolio Analyst - Central

• The role is to ensure effective and efficient delivery of Portfolio services, including, planning, demand & resource management, programme assurance and providing high quality reporting.
• Working knowledge of producing progress reports and management information
• Good organisational, project management and planning skills
• The development of best practice processes to aid the effective delivery and coordination of the Portfolio
• Working with a variety of stakeholders within Technology and the wider Sanctuary Group to provide high quality reports and analysis
• Supporting planning and resource management across the department to ensure the completion of strategic objectives
