Your new companyYou will be working for a rapidly expanding family business based on the outskirts of Stratford-upon-Avon. The company has diversified over the years but has always prided itself on the service it offers to clients offering a range of business services.
Your new roleWorking on a busy telephone system, you will be the first point of contact to anyone calling into the business and will be required to provide help and advice to customers and transfer them to the right contacts in the business. As well as dealing with the phone, you will also be dealing with general administration tasks.
What you'll need to succeedYou will have previous experience working in a high profile customer service or switchboard role where customer satisfaction comes first. Excellent communication skills are essential, as well as general administrative skills.
